Terezi's been in Milliways for some time now, but since she and Nepeta set the other troll up with her own respiteblock, she hasn't seen hide nor hair of the blind troll.

This, of course, has her understandably worried, and brings her knocking on Terezi's door late one evening. She should be awake, right?

Terezi was awake. She slept intermittently, and not very often. The troll opens her door at the knock, immediately able to tell who this bright figure is in her doorway. "Kanaya!"

There's the obligatory grin, broad and razor-sharp. "Come in!"

One could see she had been... decorating. Scalemates were piled in groups along the floor, and one could see she'd found ways to begin... hanging them. Scalemates from the ceiling, stuffing peering from the seams at their necks. And the chalk drawings, naturally. Someone had been courtroom larping.

Kanaya scans the room as she steps in, looking from the scalemates, to the chalk drawings, then back to Terezi in her Larping outfit.

"I See You've Been Busy."

"Yes! You can be Her Honorable Tyranny! I was just about to go on a case against Baron von Murderberry, the scandalous apprentice to Senator Lemonsnout!" Terezi urges, gesturing to a space where things were laid out in a deliberate yet sloppy manner, as most things were with her.

With a bemused smile, she allows herself to be lead to Her Honorable Tyranny's seat of power.

"And What Must I Do, As Her Honorable Tyranny?"

"View the proceedings and ensure all justice is served!" Terezi supplies, as though it was the most simple thing in the world.

Said seat of power was, really, just a very large pile of scalemates. Terezi begins then with the "interrogating," slapping Baron von Murderberry deliberately and slowly. And then she begins to call in a witness who, halfway through the questioning falls over dead (much to the dismay of Terezi, who throws him out the window in disgust).

"A cunning plan, Baron! But I will find you out yet! A recess, Her Honorable Tyranny? To construct new plans and maybe find something to eat?"

The proceedings are amusing to watch as Kanaya looks on, the tale unfolding as Terezi narrates the plot as she goes.

"Granted," she says, rising delicately. Then, she sets the accused with a firm stare. "You Best Begin Your Prayers, Barron. You Won't Have Time For Them Later."

Terezi cackles madly at that, because she'd hardly suspected Kanaya to be such a good Honorable Tyranny. "Kanaya! If I knew you were so good at this I would've dragged you into more LARPs on the meteor! Maybe we can make this a thing? I'm sure Nepeta would like to join too!" she suggest, looking very excited about the idea.

She gives her a soft smile.

"I Don't See Why Not, Since We Are Here With All This Time On Our Hands. Nepeta Will Certainly Be Happy About It."

"Good! This is good!" Terezi exclaims, about to go on when her stomach growls and rumbles and the troll pauses to wonder when the last time she ate anything was. Probably when she saw Teja, but she never ended up eating anything then.

Hmm. Food seems like a good idea, so Terezi pulls off her costume and looks to Kanaya. "Did you come see me for a specific reason?"

"I Was Worried," she says gently, Terezi's stomach drawing a chuckle from the taller troll. "I Hadn't Seen You Since You Arrived And I Wanted To Make Sure You Were Okay."

Worried? This gives the red-eyed troll pause, as she tilts her head at Kanaya. Of course, though, Kanaya worried. That was who she was.

"Kanaya I don't need you to look after me. It's okay. I'm okay." Kanaya really needed to stop being so meddlesome. She'd do like she always did, given the chance, and get herself killed a second time being so selfless.

She gives Terezi a dry look.

"I'll Believe That When You Begin Joining Us Downstairs Once And A While."

Terezi huffs a bit in return at those words. "Fine alright! Lets start by finding Karkles. It's about time he came out from hiding in those woods. And we can drag him and Nepeta in here to join our nefarious LARPs!"

"Let's Get Something To Eat, First," she bargains. "Then We Can Find The Others."
